Family Time in Island Park

For the Fourth of July, we headed up to Island Park to spend some time with our family. My grandparents have a cabin there and so we made the trek up there to visit, fish and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It was a wonderful time, especially since my entire family was there: parents, siblings, niece. Dillon loved going fishing and even had some experience stream fishing, which he loved. I enjoyed being in the cabin with little service and a few days off of work. And Easton, loved being there with his grandparents, aunts, uncle and cousin Kennadi.

Friday afternoon we headed into the park and visited all of the tourist attractions. My brother-in-law Austin had never been to Yellowstone so we had to break him in. Saturday I spent all day at the cabin, while Dillon spent all day fishing.

It actually worked out very well because on Sunday, Dillon's entire family also headed up to Island Park. They rented a cabin up there and so we stayed until Tuesday with them. We went to the park, went swimming, played games at the cabin and just had fun. It rained every evening we were there but it was beautiful weather and the land up there is so green. We love going to Island Park and already can't wait until we can go back.

Easton thought it was a long car ride there.

Easton loved being outside. He wanted to stay outside and constantly wanted to be pushed in the stroller.

Aunt Madison was showing the kids Disney songs. Easton thought they were funny.

My handsome little man!
