When I was pregnant with Easton, that was the longest nine months of my life. Now that he is finally here, it has been the fastest. Today is Easton's nine month birthday. He is such a joy to our little family and I really couldn't ask for a happier and more sweet baby.
- He is crawling all over the place and getting into everything he can. His favorite activity though is to stand up. He will crawl to anything that helps him stand. Sometimes he will stand holding onto the couch while mommy and daddy watch an entire show.
- He is getting pretty picky about his pureed zevegetables. If it isn't what mommy and daddy are eating, it is very difficult getting him to eat it.
- He is wearing nine month and some 12 month outfits. He definitely isn't a small baby.
- He says "Mama" (even though Dillon is in denial about it because he won't say Dad).
- He absolutely loves dogs. He giggles when they lick his face and if he hears a dog bark he starts to get excited and has even barked back at them.
- He loves to clap his hands.
- He still loves babies. His cousin Kennadi is his favorite and he gets excited and starts yelling whenever he sees her.
- He has two teeth. I think he has another one coming in but it hasn't cut through yet.
- Books are becoming his favorite toy and he is constantly pulling them off shelves.
- Daylight savings was pretty rough on Easton. He woke up around 5:30 every morning and was ready to go to bed by 6 every night. It took a lot of patience to get him back on track.
